No Refund Policy

All competition entries, ticket purchases, and any associated payments made through https://ezeecomps.com are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Accidental entry
• Disagreement with the competition outcome
• Failure to use discount codes or offers
• Incorrect contact details submitted at time of entry

Why We Don’t Offer Refunds

As a skill-based competition platform, every entry you make helps support the creation, promotion, and management of the prize draws. Due to the nature of digital entry and the instant allocation of ticket numbers, refunds would compromise the integrity and fairness of the competitions for all participants.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without valid grounds may be considered fraudulent and could result in a permanent ban from all future competitions. We reserve the right to contest any chargebacks and provide evidence of your entry and agreement to this policy.
